About ABP Solutions

Built to lead the work that defines an organization.

ABP Solutions is a founder-led consulting firm built on a simple belief: the programs and projects that matter most to an organization deserve a partner who treats them that way — with the discipline to deliver and the care to bring people along.

Jenny founded ABP Solutions to bring the discipline of large-firm program management to the responsiveness of a small, founder-led partner. Over eighteen years she has led complex mandates across government, healthcare, IT, and venture portfolios — from data center relocations and ERP rollouts to standing up entire program management divisions from a single hire.

She has held senior consulting roles at leading global professional services firms, where she led data science teams, software licensing platforms, and ERP and cloud migration programs for Fortune 500 clients. At Mach49, she built and led a Program Management division for venture-building work serving Fortune 500 innovators. Most recently, she served as Senior Project Manager with Arlington County’s Department of Technology Services, leading a portfolio of concurrent technology programs.

Jenny holds a Master of Public Administration and maintains certifications across project management methodology (PMP), agile coaching (CSM, SAFe Agile), and contract performance management (CPM). She is based in Washington, D.C.

Why ABP

The discipline of a large firm. The warmth of a small partner.

Most consulting firms ask their clients to choose: rigor or responsiveness, structure or care, methodology or judgment. ABP was built on the belief that the work that matters most deserves all of it.
Principle — i.

Founder-led on every engagement.

Senior accountability isn’t something you graduate into — it’s present from kickoff. When you engage ABP, you engage Jenny directly, not a delivery team three levels removed from the work.

Principle — ii.

Discipline as the default.

Scope-compliant, stakeholder-aligned, and documented from kickoff through closeout. Disciplined project management is the foundation under everything else — not a deliverable, but the operating standard.

Principle — iii.

People at the center of the work.

Every system rollout, every program buildout, every transition is also a change being asked of people. ABP plans for that explicitly — through engagement, training, and the steady communication that adoption requires.

Principle — iv.

Adaptable under constraints.

Government, enterprise, and venture work all run on different clocks and different constraints. ABP brings the judgment to adapt without losing the rigor that complex work demands.

Principle — v.

Cross-sector context.

State, local, and federal government; healthcare and IT; financial services; venture-building. Every sector has its own language and its own constraints — we’ve done the work to learn them.

Principle — vi.

Outcomes that hold up to scrutiny.

Measured by process improvement, downtime avoided, alignment achieved, divisions stood up. The kind of outcomes that show up in a procurement officer’s due diligence as well as an executive’s annual review.
